Helen Reynolds is a Wellington artist with a rich, experimental practice, making art through drawing, painting, sculpture and installation.
She enjoys exploring systems, layering and translucency and is currently transfixed by watercolour, aluminous and treacherous medium. Helen loves the idea of pulling watercolour from its constrained, traditional life to see how far she can push it.
She is learning all the time - as well as a Masters of Design, she also has undergraduate degrees in Maths, Mandarin and Architectural Theory.
